At 13 years old, I walked into a gym at 40kg. I was the skinniest kid in the room, had no idea what I was doing, and honestly thought building muscle just wasn't in the cards for me.

Four years later, I'm 100kg. Not through luck or genetics — through relentless consistency, smart training, and learning everything I could about how the body actually works.

I'm a Cert III and Cert IV qualified fitness professional with over 4 years of training under my belt — but more importantly, I've lived the exact journey my clients are starting. I know what it feels like to be underweight, overlooked, and unsure — and I know exactly what it takes to change.
