About Dylan
At 13 years old, I walked into a gym at 40kg. Four years later I'm 100kg — not through luck, but through learning exactly how training and nutrition actually work.
That experience gave me something you can't get from a textbook: I know what it takes to completely transform a body from scratch. And I've taken that knowledge and built a coaching system that works for any goal, any body type, any starting point.
